ただキャンセル時の電話応対が悪かったのが気になりました。
''キャンセル''と聞いた瞬間、‘'キャンセルですか、、かしこまりました、はい、はい、、またお待ちしております~''
まくし立てるかのようにすぐ切られてしまいました。
電話は、相手が見えない状況とは言え、言葉の雰囲気で良くも悪くも伝わりやすいものです…。
ちょっとしたことかもしれませんが、電話１つで会社のイメージに繋がります。
またお願いしようと思ったのに残念です。
次回は、もうお願いしないと思います。
