大切にしている靴だったので問いただしたところ、会社の方針なのか店員さんの態度も謝罪どころか開き直って悪びれない態度に、すごく傷つきました。
社員教育や技術的にも疑問があるお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両表のスカートの丈直しを頼んだら、それぞれ違う長さにされた。再直しを頼んだら更に4日かかるとのこと。そもそも2週間待って楽しみにしていたのでショック。もう二度と頼まない。

店内は狭く接客は1人が限度。時間帯により待たされる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パールのネックレスの留め金修理に出して２週間。楽しみに引き取りに行ったら、直した留め金のとなりのパールがひどく凹んでしまっていてショック！！
再度２週間かかりやっと使える状態になって戻ってきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靴の修理のポイントカードと洋服のポイントカードが別で使いづらいです。で、そのポイントカードをつけた後客に返すの忘れる。仕事自体は丁寧。→訂正 コートのボタン付け頼んで確認したら思いっきり糸飛び出ていてやり直させました。☆マイナス1個

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くの白洋舎へクリーニングに出したスラックスが、縫い目に沿って10センチ程ほつれており持ち帰りとなりました。
白洋舎の店員さんに修理をお願いしたところ、こちらのビッグママの方が安く早く綺麗に仕上がるとのこと。
レビュー評価が低かったため恐る恐る修理に出したところ、待ち時間5分程で即修理完了。
料金は660円と安く、ほつれた部分は二重に縫ってもらえて仕上がりにも満足です。
そのままクリーニングにも持っていくことが出来、とても助かりました。

しかし洋服を引き取りに行ったときに対応していた方があまりよくわかっていなかったのか、待たされてしまい少し残念でした。
