★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の若い女性の態度がひどい。腰の痛みが慢性的にあり医師に通院を求められていたにもかかわらず、勝手に症状から判断し治療不要と判断された。医師免許がなければ診療は不可のはずだが、この医院では治外法権らしい。他のスタッフも診療と混合される言動をしていて医師免許を持っているのか疑問。通院を不要とされたが症状は悪化して別の医院に行くと治療必要と診療いただいたのでかなり疑わしい対応だったように思う。
 The attitude of the young woman at the reception is terrible. Although she had chronic lower back pain and was asked to go to the hospital by a doctor, she was judged from her symptoms and no treatment was necessary. If you don't have a doctor's license, you shouldn't be able to get medical treatment, but this clinic seems to have extraterritoriality. I wonder if other staff members have a doctor's license because they are doing things that are mixed with medical treatment. I wasn't required to go to the hospital, but my symptoms worsened and when I went to another clinic, I was told that I needed treatment, so I think it was a very suspicious response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整形外科は18時前後で閉まるところが多く、なかなか継続して腰痛の治療ができず、年々悪化していました。
昨年、職場が変わり、仕事帰りに行けるところはないものか探したところ、秋葉原エリアで夜間も開いている、まさに希望通りのこちらのクリニックを見つけました。
仕事をしている者にはこの時間まで開いているのは本当にありがたいです。
お陰で休日を割いてまで通院しなくて済むようになりました。
もちろん、治療にも満足しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ニキビの治療でこちらの皮膚科にかかりました。
待合室は割と込み合っていたので、人気のクリニックなんだと思います。
整形外科や内科も対応されているようで、結構待つことを覚悟していたのですが、診察がてきぱきとされていて私の番までさほど時間はかかりませんでした。
診察は的確に私の症状に対する治療方法を提示してくれてとても分かりやすかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口は地上ビルではなく、地下鉄改札への通路から分岐です。大概とても混んでいるので、初めてのひとは時間に余裕が必要です。アクセスも内部も狭くて細かな段差もかなり多いので、膝がすごく悪い人などには、お勧めできません。会社帰りにちょっと寄るにはとても便利です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフがよく代わっています。どの職種でも人がコロコロかわる職場はなにか問題がありそう。病気に対して不安だから質問しただけなのに、それは誰から言われたのか、あなたの思い込みでしょ、と返答になっておらず、不安ばかり残りました。医師に自分の症状について質問してはいけないんですね、初めて知りました。相手の立場になって考える事ができないなら医師辞めたらいかがですか。

You shouldn't ask your doctor about your symptoms, I've never heard of it. If you can't think from the other person's point of view, why not quit your doctor?

先日
足を挫いてしまい、駅構内にあったので偶然行きましたが、とても丁寧にみてくださいました。
先生もとても感じが良く、何回も通院しなくていいように自宅で対応できるものを渡してくださったりと、患者さん目線で丁寧に診察してくれるところだと感じました。
職場の人に話したら、その人も偶然こちらにかかっていて、その人は、もう長年みていただいているそうでした。内科と皮膚科も同時に診察できて、しかも良くなると評判のようで、また私も何かあればこちらに行こうと思いました。
とても、良い病院だと感じたので、口コミ書いてみました。
