★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色とりどりの可愛い上生菓子をお目当てに行きました。10種類以上の上生菓子があり迷ってしまいます‥！箱の印刷や止め紐など丁寧に誂えてあるので、お持たせに最適だと思います。購入して包んでいただく間に、柚子水？と羊羹をいただきました。次は和菓子を色々買ってみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生キャラメル羊羹がとにかく2020年のお土産なんたららしい。とはいえ、これが美味しいと感じるかは別かなと思う。和菓子ってイイよねっと思いつつ、洋菓子もあるのでザ・和菓子だけで邁進していないような印象を受けた?そこが良かったかなと。
Raw caramel yokan seems to be a souvenir for 2020. However, I don't think it tastes good. I thought that Japanese sweets are good, but there are also Western sweets, so I got the impression that the Japanese sweets weren't pushing forward ? I wonder if that was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「生キャラメル羊羹」は好みが別れると思います。物は試し、話題の種、と一度食べても良いかなと。
「越に舞う」は和菓子屋さんが作ったとは思えないバター感が美味しいです。保存料も入ってないところもポイントが高いです。
昨日、ショートケーキを初めて頂きましたが、スポンジケーキのきめ細やかさ、生クリームの上品さなど、ホールでたっぷりと頂きたくなる味です。
和菓子屋さんなのだけど、洋菓子も販売しなければならなくなった時代なのかと、ふと思ったりもします。
いつも美味しい物をありがとうございますと感謝です。

特に新潟琥珀と生キャラメル羊羹と生チョコ羊羹が美味しく
お土産をあげた方からも絶賛で喜んで頂きました。
また近くに行ったら必ず寄りたいお店です。
