★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川口工業総合病院の横にある薬局です。他の総合病院で処方されましたが診察がこちらでもあって隣にある薬局へ診察中に薬ができたら手間が無いと思い薬をお願いしました。
それなりに大きい病院の横にあったので特に問題ないだろうと思ったのですが、結果的には薬は貰わずいつもの薬局へ行くことになりました。
まず、特定疾患の指定薬局(？)の登録をしていない為患者自身の受給者証が使えず3割負担になってしまい、後から自分で返還手続をしなければならないと面倒だったこと。
また、薬が在庫が置いてなくて全て揃わずかつ揃うのも時間がかかって取りに行く時間が自分にないこと。
なにも調べず立ち寄った自分も悪いですが当日欲しい薬があったためとても残念でした。
ただ、5時半の閉店時間を過ぎても開けて待っていてくれた事、対応は正直ゴタゴタしてましたが(特定疾患の方が来たことないのでしょうか？)全体的に丁寧だったこと、病院の真横にある事を考えれば普通の方が利用するには便利な薬局なのではないか、と推測されますが私は薬が受け取れなかったため☆ひとつ。

Also, it takes time for me to get all the medicines because I don't have them in stock, so I don't have time to go get them.
It's bad for me to stop by without checking anything, but I was very disappointed because I had the medicine I wanted on the day.
However, even after the closing time of 5:30, he opened and waited for me, and although the response was honestly messy (Isn't there a specific disease?), It was polite overall. Considering that it is right next to the hospital, it is presumed that it is a convenient pharmacy for ordinary people to use, but I could not receive the medicine ☆ One.
