★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホームを跨ぐエレベーターが出来ていた。海寄りの古くからある街を山陽電車の普通車はひと駅ひと駅丁寧に停車する。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すぐそばにコンビニ、南へ暫く歩くと風光明媚な江井島海岸、北へ暫く歩くと大きな脳外科があります。ここ数年の間にホームをまたぐエレベーターも出来ていて、すっかり便利になりました。
There is a convenience store right next to it, a scenic Eigashima coast if you walk south for a while, and a big brain surgery if you walk north for a while. In the last few years, an elevator that straddles the platform has been built, which has become quite convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海までゆっくり歩いても五、六分…途中酒蔵などが有りのんびりといい感じです…最近は海の家もなくなったみたいですが…静かな所です…
Five or six minutes walking slowly to the sea ... there is a good feeling that there are sake breweries on the way ... there is no sea house recently ... but it's a quiet place ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山陽電車江井ヶ島駅は普通電車のみが止まります。バリアフリー化がされており、他は下りの改札から上りへは地下道を使います。
駅を出て南へ行くとセブンイレブン、江井ヶ島海岸や江井ヶ島漁港があります。海が近いからか駅の地下道は海の絵が描かれています(*^^*)
南側の浜国は交通量が多いので注意してください。
Sanyo Train Eigashima Station only stops regular trains. Barrier-free has been made, and others use underground roads from the down gate to the up.
When you leave the station and go south, you will find Seven Eleven, the Eigajima coast and the Eigashima fishing port. Because the sea is near, the underpass of the station has a picture of the sea (* ^^ *)
Please note that there is a lot of traffic on the south side of the beach country.
