足回りの毛のカットで肉球が傷つけられました。(しかも両前足)
最悪です

我が子もフワフワとっても良い匂いで帰ってきました☆
清潔感のある店内と優しいお姉さん、安心して利用しております。
ペットホテルもやっていて、よくお世話になっています。
I went to various shops, but this is the best trimming salon in Takasaki.
My child came back with a very nice smell ☆
The shop is clean and the kinder sister is using it with peace of mind.
We do pet hotel and are taken care of well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トリミングの際身体に傷をつけられ、全治2週間になりました。エリザベスカラーを付け毎日痛そうにしている姿はとても可哀想でした。
治療費は負担してもらいましたが、電話越しに「病院代負担してって言ってるんだけど」などと聞こえ、とても誠意ある対応には思えませんでした。もう行きません。
The body was scratched during trimming, it was two weeks full of Jiji. I put on Elizabeth color and I was very saddened to look painful every day.
Although I had the burden of medical expenses, I heard that over the phone "I am telling you that I pay the hospital fee," but I did not think it was a very sincerity response. I will not go.

先月、乳腺腫瘍をいち早く見付けて頂いて無事手術を終えました。ホントに有難うございます?早い段階だったので助かりました…
トリミングサロンはいくつか通ってみましたが、ミルハウスさんが1番親切で丁寧でした。スタッフさんにはいつもワガママなオーダーしてしまいご迷惑かけますが、これからも宜しくお願いします( ᐢ˙꒳˙ᐢ )♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてペットとしてトイプードルの子犬を家族に迎え入れたので、わからない事が多すぎたけど、優しくトリミングについて教えてくれたので、安心しておまかせできました。
働いているスタッフの方 皆さん優しくて、なおかつ丁寧な仕事でした。
家からは距離がありますが､しばらくご厄介になるつもりです。
I had a toy poodle puppy as my first pet in my family, so there were too many things I didn't understand, but he kindly taught me about trimming, so I was relieved.
The working staff were all kind and polite.
It's a long way from home, but it's going to be a nuisance for a while.
