自賠責の手続きだけで申し訳なく思いました

受話器の持ち方が悪いのであろう、男性の声が遠い。同じ電話中での女性声は通るので。
予約は3週間先まで覚悟しておいたほうがよい。
Closed on Mondays. I don't understand the rules of Tuesday holidays, so call me.
The male voice is far away, probably because the handset is not held properly. Because the female voice on the same phone can pass.
You should be prepared to make a reservation up to 3 weeks in advance.
