★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新川散歩。古川親水公園の入り口に辺り良い香りに誘われて、ティーバック入りの麦茶を買って、早速淹れて見ると酷があって美味しい。製造途中の麦を篩の中から一掴み頂きました。正に麦の味美味しく感激しました。

夏頃になると時々TVで拝見するこちら、ウチのガキンチョが麦茶をガブ飲みするのでせっかくなら面白い物のほうがとお伺い。
こちらは昔ながらの石釜で火入れしている釜煎り麦茶の工場で、敷地の周りまで鮮烈な麦茶を煎る香りで満たされている。
つぶまるという煮出し用の麦茶パック等をお持たせ分含めそこそこ購入、家に帰って煮出してからホットと冷やしたのとを飲んでみた。
んー、思ったより工場で薫った香ばしい香りがしない。

グルメの兄貴分方にも期待した香りがほとんど無いと言われた。
入れ方に間違いはないだろうに、たぶんこんなものなのだろうか。

現地では、麦茶の淹れ方（水出しか煮出すのか）からおすすめの商品を案内してくださり、購入しました。
麦茶の味は、苦味もなくまろやかで、ごくごく飲めます！水出しでは粉が沈殿したりしますが、それが無いのも嬉しいです。
お電話でも会社でも丁寧に対応していただき、本当にあたたかい会社さんだなぁと感じました。
私の他にも買いに来た方がいらっしゃったので、直接購入してる人も多いのかな？
また購入しに行きたいと思います。

沸騰したら弱火で5分。煮出しが上手に出来れば、とても美味しく飲みやすい麦茶が飲めます。
