★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧江戸川沿いの、14階建て332戸のとても大きな、綺麗なマンションです。視界を遮る建物がほとんどなく、どこまでも開けた展望の良い所です。10階から富士山や東京タワーが見えるそうです。駐車場が無料で、平置きなのも良いと思います。現在スーパー堤防の建設中、南側隣には、今井にある交通公園が、引っ越してくるそうで、工事をしていました。直ぐ近くには、公園やボール遊びができる運動公園などもありました。瑞江駅までは、バス通りで街灯もあり、帰りが遅くなっても怖くない感じです。ただ残念なのは、買い物が不便です。スーパー迄は、歩きで15分位はかります。コンビニは3分位の所にあります。
 It is a very large and beautiful condominium with 332 units on 14 floors along the Kyuedo River. There are almost no buildings that block the view, and it is a place with a good view that is open to the end. You can see Mt. Fuji and Tokyo Tower from the 10th floor. I think it's good that the parking lot is free and flat. Currently, the super levee is under construction, and the traffic park in Imai is moving to the south side, so it was under construction. There was also a park and an athletic park where you can play ball in the immediate vicinity. There are street lights on the bus street to Mizue Station, so I'm not afraid to return late. Unfortunately, shopping is inconvenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the supermarket. The convenience store is about 3 minutes away.
