★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当者によっては対応がばらばらですが割と量販店にしては商品説明もしっかりとしています。高額商品を購入するならば何度か足を運び、自分と馬の合う方を見つけて買い物すると今後も色々と良くしてくれるでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回か行って家電を買っています。店内は広々していて品数も豊富です。エディオンの店員さんは皆さん親切で商品も詳しくいつも相談しながら買っています。商品をちょっと見ているだけでもすぐ声を掛けてくれるので、店員さんに声を掛けるのが苦手な私にはとてもありがたいです。先日対応して下さった方はプレゼン力もあり、ドライヤーを一発で決める事が出来ました！アプリやカードを使うとどんどん値引きされ、最初5000円越えだった金額も4000円代に！家電はもう他で買う事はないでしょ〜

店員はわらわらと近づいてきて、最初は笑顔で接客してくるのに、値段交渉始めると物凄くぶっきらぼう、無愛想になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買い物をした時に、女性の大学生(？)のスタッフさんがレシートを三つ折りにして渡してくださったのがとても印象に残りました。家電量販店に限らず三つ折りで渡されたことはなく、会計時に他にも細かい部分に気を使わないといけないはずなのに、細やかに気遣いをされていることに感動しました。店員さん個人の心配りだとしても、お店全体の指針だとしても素晴らしいです。

質問してもロクに答えられへんし、売場聞いたら無言でスタスタひとりで歩いて行くし、着いても無言でコンビニの店員さんの方が親切。
エエ歳したオッサンより若い人の方がちゃんと対応してくれる。
