★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買うときの金額は少し高い気もするが、パソコンやプリンター説明してくれる若いお兄さんがとても詳しくて、一生懸命親切に教えてくれて、痒いとこに手が届く感じで、質問がしやすい！
彼の接客が素晴らしい。
電話でも同じで感じが良い。
専門用語ばかりの説明の人や、自分の所しか奨めないメーカーと違って正直で好感が持てる。
なので、家から遠いのにデオデオさんに行くならここと決めている。
I think the price is a little high when I buy it, but the younger brother who explains the computer and printer is very detailed, kindly teaches me, and it feels like I can reach my itch cousin, so it's easy to ask questions!
His customer service is wonderful.
It feels the same on the phone.

私が、この部分を説明してほしいとお願いしても、まともに説明できない。そうそうに、「分からない所を言ってもらったほうが早いです」と言い出す始末。わからない所は、「お前を雇っている意味」ですね。
さらに、最後の最後で、店頭の価格では商品は提供しておらず在庫切れなことまで分かった。ありえない事が平気でおこる店だ。
ドコモ関連のスタッフ、どうなってるんですか？。

でも、実際店舗に行って探している物の場所を聞くと、こっちです、で終わって説明も何もなしでした。若い女性だったのでいるだけ店員さんなんだなって感じでした。
その後対応してくださった女性の方は親切で良かったんですが、始めの女性の方にがっかりです。
電気屋さんに勤めているという心づもりをもって欲しいなと思いました。
When I inquired by phone if there was a product I wanted, a very nice man responded.
However, when I actually went to the store and asked where I was looking for, it ended with this, and there was no explanation. I felt like a clerk just because I was a young woman.
I'm glad that the female who responded after that was kind, but I'm disappointed by the first female.
I wanted you to have the feeling that you are working for an electric shop.
