★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々四条にあった「タニヤマ無線」の系列店のようです。店長さんか主任さんか分かりませんが、とても親切です。他の女性スタッフの方も若い方もほとんどが良い方です。
「愛想がいい、元気がある、親身に話を聞いてアドバイスくれる、ちゃんと家電の善し悪しを教えてくれる」
やる気のない感じの方も居ましたが、どうぞ腐らず頑張ってほしいです。
元気で頑張っている姿を見ると、情が湧いて「ここで買おう」という気になりますから。
ちなみに、
子ども連れで家電見てたら、子供は飽きますよね、そうすると、シールを持ってきてくれたり、ちょこちょこっと相手してくれるので、そういう気遣いが素敵な店舗です。
名乗らず不躾に電話で問い合わせをしても、本当に親切に丁寧に受け答えしてくれます。
全ての店員さんがそうとは限りませんが、少なくとも「嫌な接客をされる」確率は他店よりもかなり低いはずです。
商品について
商品の陳列は少なめです、それはフロア面積上仕方ないですよね、他店で見比べたり、パンフレットで目星をつけて「これどう思いますか？」という感じで相談に行っても聞いてくれますし、店頭に無くても融通を聞いて発注してくれます。こちらの方が、何かあった時にも「これって補償で修理できる？」とか相談しやすいです。そういう雰囲気のスタッフの方が多いです。
