★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらで看護職で働いていた者です。看護師間の仲が非常に悪く、お互いに対する陰口が多かったです。又、利用者様の陰口も時折聞かれました。ナース室で「○○号の○○は基地外だから」と元正社員の看護師が話していた際には、あまりにも衝撃的で、僕が当時新入社員だった事もありひきつった表情をすることしか出来ませんでした。ナース室に居るし、それぞれの個室の扉は閉めているからといって、そういう事を話すのは流石に失礼ではないでしょうか？お客様が利用してくださって、初めて僕達が働く事が出来るというのをお忘れなんですか。僕からしたら上司でしょうけど、全く尊敬は出来ませんでした。
 I used to work here as a nurse. The relationship between the nurses was very bad, and there were many secrets to each other. Also, the user's secret was occasionally asked. When a former full-time nurse said in the nurse's room, "Because XX is outside the base," it was so shocking that I was a new employee at the time, so I made a mad look. I could only do that. Isn't it rude to talk about such things just because you are in the nurse room and the doors of each private room are closed? Did you forget that we can work for the first time after customers use it? I think it's my boss, but I couldn't respect him at all.
