★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと自分では、発見しずらい場所なので☆マイナス1です。スタッフはとても知識があるようで、予算や希望を伝えるとベストなものを選んで下さいます。
保管状態も素晴らしく、今まで飲んだスパークリングワインで泡がこんなにずーっと続くのは初めてでした。リピしたいです。

って感じのところです。
基本ワイン屋さん。
セラーに入っていって、ボトル選んで買って帰るのがまぁ、基本ですね。
ただ、不定期で、お食事会を予約をすれば開催してくれます。
あと、お店主催の飲み比べ会とかもあります。
店主がこだわりの方なので、輸入はしたが、状態悪ければ投げ売りしたり、売らなかったり。
ここで買うと、他で買えなくなります。
温度管理の大切さを嫌というほど感じましたねぇ。。。
自分の好みを覚えてもらえると、あとはオススメ買うだけなので、ワインのことよくわからなくても何の問題もありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特に「直輸入」されているものは温度管理が徹底されているとのお話で、香りが高くて驚きます。感動します。価格がリーズナブルな物でも十分に美味しい。エノテカでもワインを買っていましたが、こちらのお店、素晴らしいと思います。お店の皆様のワインへの愛情がひしひしと感じられます。

表から見て何も置いて無いから、凄く心配になってしまい入りづらい。
価格帯も1,000円台からあり、いいのかと思ってしまう。奥の部屋は更に高いワイン。

この1年はコロナで家飲みが増えてるので、自動的にお伺いする頻度も増えてます?
他の方も口コミに書かれていますが、ワインの品質管理への情熱は半端なく?、輸送中のコンディションとそのトレーサビリティは完璧です?
またお客様に売る前には必ず試飲をされるので、先日などは楽しみにしていたワインが入ってきたので購入しようとしたら、、、「フランスで受け取る前の段階で熱にやられてました、、、残念ながら売れないです」、、、と仰るほど?
私などのレベルではわからない劣化かもしれませんが、これが平野弥さんのこだわりというものでしょう。
もちろんお店の保管も完璧で、ワインをセラーで保管というよりも、お店全体がセラーと言った具合。
あと平野弥さんが素晴らしいのは、ワインだけでなくそのマリアージュのアドバイスもして頂けること。
ここ最近のベストは、、、ブルゴーニュ??はMarsannay Clos du RoyのChardonnay?
これは豚にあいますよとアドバイスを受け、ちょっと良さげな豚肉で水炊きをしたところ、豚の脂が何とも言えない味わいに変化して驚きました???
もうひとつはハンガリー??のアンバーワイン?
アンバーワインの入門はこれで、、、とのアドバイスで購入、、、これまた素人では表現できないけど、非常に複雑な味わいで無事入門できました。
あと美味しかったピノノワールの写真も備忘録的に添付。
その他Daily Wineも充実していて、有難いのはそれらも高価なワインと同様の完璧なコンディションで購入できること。
我家の予算ではなかなか平野弥さんの真骨頂レベルのワインには手が出ないけど、リーズナブルなワインを美味しく楽しむための総合アドバイザーとしてなくてはならないお店です???
