日本語話せない外国人の代わりに予約したら、自分の確認不足もあるが、行き先の空港が変わったし、フライトナンバー教えられないとなると予約受けたまわれないとイヤミぽく言われた。下ろしてもらうターミナルの番号ではダメかと聞いても予約できなかった。他の会社ではできたのに。外国人はあまり色々情報教えたがらない人もいるのに。融通きかない。

I used Hello Tokyo's taxi services and they are reliable and professional. Honestly not sure why there are all these negative feedbacks about them. I booked a taxi trip with them from Shinjuku to Hilton Tokyo Bay Disney Resort. The driver arrived 15mins before booking time and waited for us. Helped with our 7 suitcases (if you have taken a real taxi in tokyo, you would know that the taxi driver does not help you with anything but drive the car). The ride was safe and fast. There were conjested traffic condition in some part of tokyo city, the driver notified us and suggested alternative route. The alternative route we took had no traffic at all. Although the trip fare were on flat rate (Not running on meter), I still appreciate that we avoided the traffic and got to the resort hotel safe and quick. Donna

Very happy with the courteous and professional service. Contacted the service by email to enquire on 5 ppl trip to haneda from Shinjuku. Received response in English within a day. Everything was clear and easy to understand. Was given an estimate. On the day was picked up by a lovely driver and ended up paying less than the estimated amount. This was all on new year's day. Highly recommended.
