やっぱり正直納得できないので書き直します。
事前にLINEで2万円以内に抑えるのはおそらく可能であること、すべて写真を送った上で軽トラパックで対応可能なことを確認していたにも関わらず請求額37000円でした。
家具の状態が良くないこと、エレベーターが無く階段のみということも事前に伝えてたはずです。
実際きてから多少金額が上がるのは納得できますし覚悟してました。でも倍近く見積もりと違うのは正直ショックです。
退去が明後日ということもあり承諾するしかなかったです。
作業に来ていただいた方が悪質な判断をしたとは思ってません。ただ、ラインで対応していただいた担当の方に全て伝えていたことが何も情報共有されてないように思えました。
他社を断って選んだことを後悔してます。
口コミを作業員の前でかかせてるからあんなに評価が高いのでしょうか。
ただ、3人の中の1番背の高い男性はすごく親切でした。その方の対応が良かったこと、強い雨の中やっていただき申し訳なかったのでこんなこと言いたくなかったです。

値段は、2tトラックで80,000円と想像より倍以上高くてびっくりしましたが、退去日も迫っていたので、折れました。

引き取りにきたリーダー的従業員の人の態度、言葉遣いが社会人としてありえないし、失礼すぎます。
忙しいから早く終わらせたい感すごかったし、家具の運び方も雑で玄関扉に少し傷できました。
口コミ強要されて目の前で内容チェックされたらそりゃ低評価はできないですよね
追記 高評価の口コミは8割くらいサクラですよね？1件のレビューばかりだしもしくは2件でも系列店を高評価してるレビューばかりなのですごく怪しいです。

処分するのを後回しにしていました。
祖母は一人で片付けられると言い張ってましたが、足腰も弱くなってきているので到底任せるわけにいかず…
私たち家族も春日井の祖母のところまで
少し距離があり子供の部活や習い事があるため何日もかけて片付けを手伝うことができず悩んでいました。
そんなときにたまたま西区に住んでいる私の家にチラシが入っていたことがきっかけでエコ蔵を知りました。
タイミングも良かったので何かのご縁かなと感じましたし、祖母も大手よりも自分が住んでいる春日井市の地域密着型な会社で信頼できると惹かれたそうで今回お願いする事になりました！
初めは倉庫内の不用品回収だけのつもりでしたが、事前に見積もりに来られた男性スタッフの方の対応が良く、追加で家の中の不用品もまとめて引き取ってもらう事になりました。
全て処分で良いと思っていた私たちでしたが、このあたりは買取できますよとしっかりみてくれるところも素敵だなと思いましたし
なにより自分たちで処分していたら気付かずゴミになっていたと思うと本当にエコ蔵に頼んで正解だったと思います！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてこの様な業者さんを利用しました。３社相見積もりを依頼して一番高い業者さんの４分の１という破格値だったエコ蔵さんにお願いしました。その１５分後最後の業者さんから「相見積もりされてましたら一番安い金額だけ教えていただけませんか？」と言われて伝えると、１００円単位切り捨ての更に安い金額をご提示いただいたのですが、１５分前とは言え決めてお願いしたので丁重にお断りしました。
その後、ここの極一部の悪いレビューを見て不安になったのですが、全てのレビューを読み新設されたインスタのお客様の生の反応を見て、これは何かの嫌がらせだろうと判断しました。
LINEでの見積もり時・作業訪問時２回に渡り「写真の量を超えたり・色々な状況が違わない限り、見積もり金額以上になることは無いですね？」と確認するくどい客（笑）にも関わらず、その都度気持ち良く変わらない旨お返事いただき、作業前には書面に見積もり金額をちゃんと書いて渡してくださいました。
１０分前到着の３分前訪問・迅速で丁寧な作業・私の希望を汲んだ気遣い。実直で素晴らしい業者さんだと確信しました。本当にありがとうございました。
