★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車両のリユース・リサイクルを中心に、良いビジネスモデルを頑張っている会社かな、と思います。
ただ、DS館のスタッフの士気がいまいちに感じます。忙しそうなスタッフと余っているカウンタースタッフの差を感じたし、全体にお客さんに気を配り切れていません。
見た目も、男性の茶髪や女性の金に近い髪色は店舗スタッフとしてはどうなのかなと感じます。
引いては客質の低下にも繋がっているのではないですかね。

However, I feel that the morality of the staff in the DS hall is not good enough. I felt the difference between the staff who seemed busy and the counter staff that was left, and I was not fully aware of the customers.
Also, it looks like the color of a man's brown hair or a woman's gold as a store staff.
Isn't pulling it connected to the decline in customer quality?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洋服の片付けで４５リットルゴミ袋が１５個位になりお願いをしました。対応がとてもスムーズで、パック料金て格安でした！
粗大ごみに出そうとしていた物も２個ほど持っていってくれて大変助かりました。時間にも正確で次回もまた頼もうと思います。
I asked for the number of 45-liter garbage bags to be about 15 after cleaning up the clothes. The correspondence was very smooth and the pack price was cheap!
It was very helpful for me to bring about two things that I was trying to put out as oversized garbage. It is accurate in time and I will ask again next time.

不用品回収前の写真を撮っていたので、他の会社さんでお問い合わせしたところ半分ほどの値段を言われました。
つまりエコアールさんは相場の倍の価格を提示してきたと言うことです。
その場での見積もりなのでYesしかほぼ言えない状況でした。
後の対応も大変悪く、とても嫌な気持ちになりました。
二度と使いたくないし、このクチコミが広まって欲しいと思っています。
これを見てくださった方は、絶対にエコアールさんは利用しないでください。
ぼったくられます。

I was taking a picture before collecting the disused items, so when I contacted another company, I was told that the price was about half.
In other words, Mr. Eco-R has offered a price that is double the market price.
Since it was an estimate on the spot, I could only say Yes.
The response afterwards was also very bad, and I felt very unpleasant.
I don't want to use it again and I hope this review will spread.
If you see this, please do not use Eco-R.
I will be crushed.
