以下の点を二度電話でご連絡いたしましたが、改善していただけませんでした。
・作業開始前のアイドリング(15分程度)
・作業中の大きな笑い声、痰を吐くような音
仕事以外の話は、作業を切り上げてからしていただきたいのですが難しいのでしょうか。
住宅地で音も響き、内容も聞こえるのでどうにかして欲しかったのですが非常に残念です。
電話では「どうにかします」というようなご回答をいただきましたが、どうにもできないならそれなりの理由を説明してほしかったです。
電話対応の方は、とても丁寧に対応してくださいます。

面接の連絡を電話で受けた際、腰の低そうなとても親切な話しやすい方。面接時はその親切な方とトップである統括と。
ドカッと乱暴に椅子に座り「どうぞお掛けください」も無し。顔つきなのか険悪な雰囲気。上から目線の物言い。こんなとこで働きたくない
