★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店した際に何？！ってキレぎみで睨まれオーナー(おっさん)は終始、上からの態度とペンチで一ヵ所締めるだけで工賃500円取られました。不快なので２度と利用しません。
横柄な態度で接客されたい方、是非ご利用ください。おすすめです。
What did you do when you entered the store? !! The owner (old man) was glared at me from beginning to end, and the wage was 500 yen just by tightening one place with the attitude from above and pliers. I will never use it again because it is uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自電車を買いましたが、買った時はめちゃくちゃ愛想良く色んな説明を長くしてくれました。
受け取るときに女性（奥さん？）と作業されてたのですが、タイミングが悪かったらしく驚くほど態度が悪く、怖いぐらいキレて酷い対応をされてビックリしました。
なんであんな態度をとられないといけなかったんでしょう？
ここまで二度と利用したくないと思った店は初めてです。
ただ自転車を買っただけなのに、最低のお店、店長でした。星ひとつもつけたくありません。

1度パンク修理をしたら、すぐにまた空気が抜け、
再度、空気が抜けたから見てほしいと言ったら、
「あー、今忙しい」とあり得ない対応。
二度と行かない。

他店で購入した自転車をパンク修理をしていただいたのですが、とても親切にパンクの原因も教えていただき、値段も良心的だと思います。
サービスで鍵の部分や錆びていたチェーンにもオイルをさしていただき、有り難かったです。
これからも利用したいと思います。
