からすどらは生地がフワフワで餡は甘さ控えめ。かぼちゃまんじゅうは餡の味がしっかりしていて満足感が得られます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モナカを購入、塩梅のいいさっぱりしたあんこが美味しい。皮も口溶け良く香ばしい。特筆すべきはゆべし、上品な甘じょっぱさの生地にゴマとクルミが丁度良い加減で混ぜてあり歯触りが楽しいアクセントになっている。私が今迄食べてきたゆべしの中で一番美味しい。
