★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西和賀町湯本温泉へ来たならば、是非寄って食べてほしいお寿司屋さん。
町唯一の寿司屋でカウンターがあるところ。しかし、寿司屋マナーは一切気にせず、気軽に立ち寄れる。大将、女将さんも気さくな方で、寿司をつまみながら町のことから何から談義して良い。
寿司ネタも、鮮度良し、シャリ玉もネタに合わせた調節加減で、小さな町ながら、ここまでするかと絶賛できる。
看板酒は店名と同じエビスビール。また、メニューに並ぶ果実焼酎のハイボールは、まるごとフルーツが入っており、見た目も味も楽しませる。
特筆な店は、町の河川に住む鮎などの淡水魚を食材にした寿司もメニューにあること。
こちらを食したい場合は店に要相談。急に行っても無い。当地、鮎釣りの解禁は初夏になるゆえ、期間限定と言っても過言ではない。
とにかく、寄って楽しんでほしい。

The signboard sake is Ebisu Beer, which has the same name as the store. In addition, the fruit shochu highballs on the menu are full of fruit, which makes them look and taste pleasing.
The specialty store is that sushi made from freshwater fish such as sweetfish that lives in the river of the town is also on the menu.
If you want to eat this, please consult the store. I didn't go suddenly. It is no exaggeration to say that the ban on sweetfish fishing here will be limited for a limited time because it will be early summer.
