JR恵比寿駅から徒歩すぐ、東口を出てマクドナルドの前の道を行き、東京都道305号芝新宿王子線(恵比寿通り)を渡った左手にあるエトワール三葉マンションの1階です。
「さんよう」かと思ったら「みつば」なんですね。
ご夫婦と、おそらく息子さんと3人でされています。
置いている物はごく普通のお野菜と果物で、特別に変わったものはありません。
お値段も八百屋さんにしては安いかな、スーパーマーケットと同レベルです。
スーパーマーケットで買い物をする人なら、特にここで買う必要性は感じません。
オーガニックでもないし、ごく普通の八百屋さんです。
Greengrocer in Ebisu.
A short walk from JR Ebisu Station, take the east exit and follow the road in front of McDonald's. Cross the Shiba Shinjuku Oji Line (Ebisu Dori) on Tokyo Metropolitan Road No. 305 and it is on the first floor of Etoile Mitsuha Mansion.
If you think "Sanyo", it's "Mitsuba".
It is done by a couple and probably a son.
The items I put are ordinary vegetables and fruits, and there is nothing special about them.
The price is also cheap for a greengrocer, which is the same level as a supermarket.
If you shop in a supermarket, you don't really need to buy it here.
It's not organic, it's just an ordinary greengrocer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの八百屋さんだと思いますが、きれいなビルにあります。果物はきれいなものが多く時々びっくりするほどお安いものもあります。
I think it is a traditional greengrocer, but it is in a beautiful building. Many fruits are beautiful and sometimes cheap enough to surprise.

果物の品数は多いと思いました。
野菜は日常で使用するものが置いてある印象です。
高すぎないけど、特別安いわけでもない印象で、土地柄を考慮すると妥当な価格なのかな、と思いました。
