道路交通法が分かって、自転車を乗ってるのかが疑問。
完全に、道路交通法違反状態での接触事故。
私が自転車と接触し、青アザが出来てムッとしているにも関わらず、「大丈夫ですか？」だけで謝罪も無く、後ろから来た友達とケラケラ笑っているのは如何なものかと、良く良く指導して貰いたい！
小さな子供やお年寄りなら、間違いなく転倒や大怪我をしていたかもしれない事案ですね。
次にそういう事が有った場合は、容赦なく警察に学校に連絡、相応の対処をして頂きます！
