が、他の内科・整形の先生(皮膚科は罹ったことが無いので不明)は正直、薬出せば良いと言うかんじです。
継続的な薬の処方だけなら問題ないかもですが、患者の状態確認すらしないなのは、頂けないと思います。
Professor Goto of Internal Medicine is a good teacher.
However, other internal medicine and orthopedic teachers (I don't know because I have never had a dermatologist) honestly say that I should give medicine.
It may be okay if you just prescribe continuous medicine, but I don't think you can even check the patient's condition.
