やや高級めなマンション。立地にしては安い方だが、住むには注意が必要か。友人が入居しており、何度か遊びに行ったことがあります。建ってから年月がそれなりに経過しているようで、入り口のドアやインターフォンにやや古さを感じます。ただし建てた時点での高級な設備を導入しているとは思いますので、ボロボロという印象はなく、いまでも引き続き安心して使える感じです。部屋の内部はしっかりとリフォームされているので、汚さとかは感じることはないと思いますが、内部の作りには「狭さ」を感じます。住まいに関しては、皆様の価値観がいろいろあってよいと思いますが、個人的な印象としては、「この値段でこの広さか…」という感じが否めませんでした。ターゲットは、「神田・秋葉原など近場の会社にお勤めで、通勤時間をとにかく短くしたい」という方向け、でしょうか。私の友人もそういう狙いで入居を決めたようですが、コロナ禍で在宅勤務が増え、楽しみにしていた近隣の飲食店も夜は早く閉まるなど、いろいろ想定外の状況に困っている様子でした。近くのスーパー・外食店もややお高めの印象で、高給取りでないと豊かな暮らしぶりを続けるのは厳しいかと思います。

I think it's okay for everyone to have different values regarding housing, but as a personal impression, I couldn't deny the feeling that "it's this size at this price ...". Is the target for those who want to work at a nearby company such as Kanda or Akihabara and want to shorten their commuting time anyway? It seems that my friend decided to move in with that aim, but he seemed to be in trouble with various unexpected situations, such as the increase in working from home due to the corona virus and the closing of nearby restaurants that he was looking forward to at night. .. The nearby supermarkets and restaurants have a slightly higher impression, and I think it will be difficult to continue a rich life unless you have a high salary.

ここに越してきましたが滅茶苦茶タバコ臭いです。各部屋のドアに面している路地裏の通りがほぼ喫煙所のように利用されており、朝昼夕の出勤前、昼休み、終業後あたりの時間帯には喫煙者の方が集合し、強烈に煙たくなります。タバコの臭いが平気な方は大丈夫だと思いますが、苦手な方は館内禁煙の文字だけ見てここを選ぶと痛い目見ると思います。
