R	R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4年ほど前から利用している者です。こちらに技術や接客がとても心地よく、見かけの年齢にしては大変素晴らしい女性スタッフの方がおりまして、直接伝えたことはございませんがわたくし自身気に入っておりましたのでコロナ禍で外出が憚られておりましたが久々に利用させて頂きました。残念ながらその方は退職されてしまった様で、がっかりしましたがその方を見るに教育面がしっかりされているのだろうなという印象でしたので他の方の技術も大層楽しみにしておりました。しかし、接客も、していただいたシャンプー、カラーもどれを取っても満足できずにこの度はがっかりでした。シャンプーは撫でられている様でしたし、襟足には洗い残しもありましたが、担当の方も何も言わずでした。学生さんくらいの歳のスタッフさんが多いように感じ、言葉遣いもわたくしのようなおばさんには少々荒々しく感じてしまって、お世辞にも心地の良い美容室とはいえませんでした。あの方の技術の高さと接客はお店関係なく、人柄故だったのでしょう。どこかでご活躍されているでしょうから、またお会いしたいところです。 I have been using it for about 4 years.
