ス	スマイル（十字目） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約の時間より早く行けそうだったので、お店に１時間ほど早く出来るか確認。大丈夫との事だったのでお店に伺い、着席。そのまま１時間席で待たされました。説明も謝罪も無し。その担当者がいる限り二度と行きません。 It seemed that I could go earlier than the reservation time, so I checked at the shop if I could make it about an hour earlier. It was all right, so I visited the store and took a seat. I was kept sitting there for an hour. No explanation or apology. As long as the person in charge is there, I will never go again.

k	kao s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本の大事なカットが下手でした。愛想もあまりなく、お高くとまってる割に技術が全く追いついていないという雰囲気です。元々美容院の雰囲気が苦手な人はバッチリ苦手だと思います。個々の毛質を全く理解出来ておらず、隙過ぎるとゴムが止まらなくなるからと伝えたのにも関わらず、やられました。案の定、ゴムが止まらず、何度も直して面倒な上、きつくしないとなので頭が痛いです。働いている方達のヘアも余り綺麗では無かったので、魅せる意識も低いんだろうなと思いました。 The basic important cut was bad. When I asked the beautician, after 10 o'clock, many customers from the sports gym in the same building will come, so it seems that there will be no space. ス	スパイディホームカミング on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4年以上通い続けましたが、二度と行きません。当日予約でパーマにするために行きました。席に案内された後10分ほどスタイリストを待ち、その後洗髪をしました。そのあとが問題でした。 40分以上もそのまま放置されました。帰ろうとも思いましたが、後ろには一応パーマの小道具が置いてあり、帰らせないというような感じがありました。ずるいなと思います。スタイリストが来た時にはもう髪も乾いており、後付けみたいな感じで冷たい水をかけながらパーマをしていきました。ただ店員さんの雰囲気は悪くないので強く物申すことは出来ず、でも最後まで気持ちは最悪でした。パーマの出来は不服ですが普通です。これが初めてではありません。もしこれから行く人で待ち時間10分以上を気にする人がいるならばおすすめはしません。これを見たスタイリストさんには改善してほしいです。もう行かないのでカードは捨てます。 I've been going there for over 4 years, but never again. By the time the stylist came, my hair was already dry, and I was perming while pouring cold water on it, like a retrofit. However, the atmosphere of the clerk was not bad, so I couldn't make a strong statement, but I felt terrible until the end. I'm dissatisfied with the result of the perm, but it's normal. This is not the first time. I don't recommend it if there are people who are going to wait 10 minutes or more. I want the stylist who saw this to improve. I won't go anymore, so I'll throw away the card.
