O	Okura Tomoka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度予約しました。 1度目は予約時間から30分超過してからの施術スタートでしたが、初回ということもあってスタッフさんからの声掛け&フォローがありましたし、そもそも美容室は分刻みで施術時間が定まるようなものではないと理解しておりますので、許容できました。 2度目は入店後、30分ろくな声掛けもなくソファーに座ったまま待たされてしまい、その上、まだかかるというのでもう結構ですと出てきました。予約時間から45分以上超過してからの施術ならは、それはもう1時間後の予約と同じですよ…。他のお客さまもいる上に施術中は忙しいと理解できますが、待たせるなら入店時にその旨を伝えてほしいです。施術内容には満足していますが、いかんせんこの体たらくではストレスが溜まります。技術は気が利いているのに残念です。 I made a reservation twice.
