★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 登録して10年近くになりますが、応募するけど、紹介してもらったことが無い。派遣会社としての機能が無さそう。登録するだけ無駄かも。私は無駄でした。タウンワークみたいな求人情報機能が主流みたいです。この7年は違う派遣会社に登録して働けているのですが、倉敷市内の仕事が多いので、ずっと待ってましたけど、紹介する気無さ過ぎてやめました。私たち中年では、仕事をもらうのは、遠い。企業が選ぶのだから仕方ないね。だから、ずっと同じ会社が求人あげるのだろうなー。問題のある企業だとわかるから、他で引っかかりもしません。
 It's been almost 10 years since I registered, but I applied, but I have never been introduced. There seems to be no function as a dispatch company. It may be useless to register. I was in vain The job information function like Townwork seems to be mainstream. I've been registering and working for a different temporary agency for the past 7 years, but I have been waiting for a long time because there are many jobs in Kurashiki city, but I was too reluctant to introduce it and quit. In our middle age, it is far from getting a job. There is no choice because the company chooses. That's why I think the same company will continue to offer jobs. I know it's a problematic company, so I won't get caught up elsewhere.
