ぴ	ぴい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店に向かっていたら、予約時刻の8分前に「お店側の都合によりキャンセルさせてください」とだけメッセージがきて予約をキャンセルされました。予約時刻の8分前だともちろんこちらは既にお店の近くまで向かっていますし、交通費や時間などが全て無駄になりました。早朝からカットしてくださるお店を探してようやく見つけて予約したので、キャンセルされてその後の予定も全て狂いとても残念でした。もしお店側の都合でキャンセルしたいのであれば、せめて遅くとも1時間前に連絡したり、別日の予約など伺ったりするのが普通ではないでしょうか？来店時刻8分前にキャンセルするなんて聞いたこともないです。技術はどうかわかりませんがこういったことを蔑ろにするお店は信頼できません。 If you headed to the store, you just received a message saying "Please cancel by the store's convenience" 8 minutes before the reservation time and the reservation was canceled. 金	金子颯汰 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼下がりに利用しましたが、来店してすぐにスタッフの方数名が温かく迎えてくれて席まで通してくれました。平日なのに席がお客様で結構埋まっていて人気のヘアサロンとすぐわかりました。担当美容師さんの接客が丁寧で悩みもしっかりと聞いてくれて、過去に色んなサロンに通いましたが、こんなにも自宅での扱いが楽になったのはこのサロンは初めてです！接客良し、技術良し、再現性良し。とてもオススメのサロンです！ We used it at noon on weekdays, but immediately after coming to the store, some of the staff warmly welcomed me to the seat.
