Honma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板メニューと券売機に張り紙がされていて、これを食べないと後悔すると思い、にぼしDX肉増し990円をチョイス。時間帯が15時前というのに、5〜6台の車が、次々と入ってくるのには驚きました。店は、比較的広く、40席前後でしょうか。カウンターに、座敷、テーブル席とあります。待つこと15分くらいで、品物はテーブルに。具材は、チャーシュー、メンマ、海苔、なると、煮卵、ネギ、ミツバと豊富。見た目にも豪華❗️ 特徴的なものはチャーシュー。薄くて、柔らかく、とても美味しい。麺は極太の縮れ麺。コシもしっかりあり、ワシワシと食べる感じ。食べ応えも十分‼️ スープは魚介が強く、少し甘みを感じます。途中で物足りなく、ペッパーを足して食べました。そうすると、私にはちょうど良い味加減に。 13時間かけて仕込んだスープで、煮干しは厳選した鳥取県産の最高質の大きなものだけを使用しているとのこと。餃子も一緒に頼みましたが、ジューシーさはありますが、こちらはあまり特筆することがない餃子でした。 #極太麺 #魚介系スープ #チャーシュー多め There is a sticker on the signboard menu and the ticket vending machine, I think I will regret not eating this, Niboshi DX meat extra 990 yen is the choice. a	akira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪が積もった冬の寒い平日昼間に訪問です。店員さんからもそういう時に来ていただいてありがとうと声がけされました。券売機で太麺にぼしDXを購入です！着席しGoogleに評価を上げればチャーシュー丼かトッピングをサービスとなってましたので、早速アップしチャーシュー丼を追加注文です♪ 10分強で着丼です！スープはにぼしと言うだけ、魚介のコクが強いです。脂っぽさはそんなになかったので、トッピングで背脂追加してもいいかも！麺は山形らしい太縮れ麺は、固めでワシワシ感もいい感じで量も多い♪ このラーメンはかなりコスパお得かと思います！具はチャーシュー２種、なると、メンマ、半味玉とねぎ、カイワレで充実してると思います。チャーシュー丼は無料でいただきましたが、味玉が付いていますし全体的に量は多いですが、390円はちょっと高いかなと…。このラーメンにこのチャーシュー丼はかなり多いので、別なラーメンに付けるのならいいかもしれませんね…。ごちそうさまでした♪ It is a visit during the daytime on a cold winter weekday with snow.
