★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 話にならない信頼できない会社でした。事前のバイト面接でノルマ未達の場合はクビにはせず研修を行うと言ってましたが、実際に未達になるとクビにしようとしてきました。そもそもバイトでペナルティありのノルマをつくるのは法律的にどうかと思います。そのノルマを達成することでわざわざお賃金を出しているなどと上から目線で筋違いなことも言われます。
打刻の時間も法律通りにただしてほしいといったら規則に従えないならどうのこうの言ってきて全く話し合う姿勢を見せません。会社の駒も結構だけど嘘は良くないよ。やっぱり掃除用品ならダイソンだよね(笑)
