j	j4z.m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother coming to this store. The staff are not friendly at all. Came here to look for 2017 Ducati Corse helmet. When i enter the store wasn't being greeted at all, and when i ask regarding the helmet one of the staff only reply saying 'don't have' and not bother asking if there anything else i'm interested in. both of them just sit at the counter chatting with each other. If you are looking for any Ducati parts/accessories go to Ducati Kyoto instead.

D	David Wilkes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Japan (Kyoto and Tokyo) as part of my honeymoon in March 2020. The two stars is largely due to (i) as some others already mentioned, the staff certainly does not seem very interested in you once you walk in, which I found odd versus many stores and restaurants in the rest of Japan where you are greeted promptly and someone is ready and willing to help customers (the guy manning the front desk did not even look up when the door open, let alone say hello while we walked around the shop for over 5 minutes before finding a shirt and walking to him to pay); (ii) the shop itself is fairly small, so not much in the way of parts or accessories that you could walk in and take with you as a local rider, let alone a tourist; and (iii) the actual mechanics area was also surprisingly small, and the mechanics immediately shut the door to the showroom when my wife and I walked over, in a manner very much like "don't bother us", which was a bit disappointing given I wanted to ask them about clutch cover options for my 2006 Paul Smart 1000LE. If I lived in Tokyo, would definitely take my tune up and OEM parts business elsewhere. That being said, I still bought a cool shirt, so that was nice, plus I will always love Ducati, so two stars for that!
