★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very very helpful in helping me find cold medicine. The attendant that originally helped me did not speak English but found another attendant that helped me find the correct cold medicine I was looking for. I highly recommend going here for wonderful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager's attitude was really rude and wasn't willing to help us find anything while the eye masks in the store are 1200 yen for 14 pieces which is around 400 yen more than other local drugstores that sell for 790 yen. I am very disappointed in this store and wouldn't come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one was willing to help me when I went into the store even though a few sales recognized me while it wasn’t busy. When I approached one of the male workers, he directed me to another sales with a very rude attitude and disgusted face. It was not until after I paid that I found out he is the manager of the store. I could not agree with this kind of service and still can’t believe this is what they call Japanese service. As a foreigner I feel very unwelcome and I wouldn’t want to come here again.
