★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前担当だった人がかなり時間にルーズで、約束の時間にこない/話聞かない/疑う/謝まらないの酷いもので(；´Д｀)
今は修理に回ってますが…故障の内容を聞いているはずなのに何も用意しない→客待たせて途中で買い出しに行くという相当効率悪いことしてました…マジ無いわ。
それから緊急の電話番号は絶対繋がらないって酷いもんです。
動物飼ってなかったら絶対お世話にならないわ(でも不動産ってどこも酷いけど)
The person who was in charge before was very loose in time, not coming to the promised time / not listening to the story / doubting / apologizing (； ´Д ｀)
Right now I'm going around for repairs ... I'm listening to the details of the breakdown, but I don't prepare anything-I was waiting for customers and going shopping on the way.
And it's terrible that emergency phone numbers never connect.
If you don't have an animal you won't be able to take care of it (although real estate is terrible everywhere)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらでお部屋を仲介してもらっているのですが、契約の時点で時間から書類から何まで全てルーズです。自分の個人情報を預けているのに雑な対応をされてとても怖くなり、信頼できなくなりました。
あとお部屋も所々破れやカビが酷かったです。
ペット可物件でなければ選んでいなかったし、こんなにユルい会社だと分かっていたら絶対に違うところにお世話になっていました。
こういう評価欄は個人差があるのであまり気にしていませんでしたが、火のないところに煙は立たないとはまさにこの事だと実感しました。もう既に契約更新までの2年間が長く感じています。
I have my room mediated here, but at the time of the contract, everything from time to documents is loose. Even though I had my personal information entrusted to me, I was so scared that I couldn't trust it.
Also, the room was torn and moldy in places.
I didn't choose it unless it was a pet-friendly property, and if I knew it was such a sloppy company, I would have been taken care of by an absolutely different place.
I didn't really care about these evaluation columns because they vary from person to person, but I realized that this is exactly what it means that there is no smoke where there is no fire. I already feel that it has been two years before the contract is renewed.
