ここのモツ煮込み定食、ホント絶品！
私的には、日本一美味いモツ煮込みです。
一味&七味が3種類あり、これがまた良い！
私は真ん中の辛さの七味が好みです。
筑波でのレースの際の、お楽しみの１つです。
ご飯大盛りは100円増しです。

The offal stewed set meal here is truly exquisite!
Personally, it is the most delicious stewed offal in Japan.
There are 3 types of gang and shichimi, which is also good!
I like the spicy shichimi in the middle.
This is one of the fun things to do when racing in Tsukuba.
A large serving of rice is 100 yen more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年7月に利用しました。歴史を感じる内装と調度品ですがきれいにされていると思います。昭和スポットが好きな自分としては満足。当日はモツ煮定食をいただきました。サーキットにある常設レストランはほんとにありがたい存在です。
I used it in July 2020. The interior and furnishings have a historical feel, but I think they are clean. Satisfied as myself who likes Showa spots. On the day, I had a motsu-boil set meal. The permanent restaurant on the circuit is really appreciated.

期限が切れたものをだされると、管理がされてないと思いますね
The rice is normal, but the best-by date of the sardine that came with me when I ate on 9/26 was 8/26.
If you get something that has expired, you don't think it's in control.

もつはとても大きくてたくさん入ってるので食べ応えあります！
ごはんも大盛りでめちゃくちゃお腹いっぱいになりました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外には唐辛子を干していて店の中には七味と一味がドーンとおいているところを見ると、さてはこの店は唐辛子が隠れた名物なのだろうと思い肉うどんを頼んで七味をたっぷりとかけてみる。七味は私にはちょっと辛さがたりなけど風味よく、とても美味しくいただいた。ところで肉うどんの肉は牛丼のあたまを流用しているようで玉ねぎとかしらたきのようなものが入っているのはご愛敬。それはそれでおいしいですし。カレーライスは学校の給食のようでした。これまた美味しいからいいのですけど。
