If you borrow it as it is, other customers will be in trouble, so please make arrangements by looking at the model number rather than judging by color or shape. Also, the one I had to replace was brought as it was from the rack I was trying on. When I asked if I was cleaning just before the rental, I only commented that I was cleaning when the customer returned it. Before the Corona disaster, I was skeptical about the policy of renting the ones I tried on as they were. My imagination was that when it was returned, it would be cleaned, lined up in a fitting rack, then cleaned again just before it was rented, and handed over to the customer in a clean condition. I found that the store didn't meet my needs, so I probably won't use it anymore. Is that so everywhere in this industry ...? Also, the response of the clerk was delicate. When I visited the shop, the receptionist was on the phone and I waited for a while, but he didn't give me a glance and I was standing for about 5 minutes without any guidance. There were two customers in the store who were making up and two clerk (one was receptionist and one was serving customers), but there was no voice at all whether the people who were serving customers could not afford it. When the call was over, there was no word like "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting", just as the manual said, "I have a request", so I was a little disgusted. Also, I felt this for the first time, but I got the impression that the contents of the contract were very disadvantageous to the customer. Even if the event is postponed or canceled due to the Corona disaster, even if it is scheduled for one month or two months in advance, I think it is a good idea to incur a cancellation fee from the day you apply.
