ら	らぴこrapiko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 加圧トレーニングを受けました。清潔感のあるＴーシャツとトレパンを貸して下さるので、仕事帰りでも通いやすいです。更衣室は綺麗でしたが、クシに髪の毛が付いていたのと座るシートが少し濡れていましたがトレーニングルームは綺麗でした。トレーニングはとても辛かったですが全く出来ない程のメニューではなく、先生もマンツーマンでしっかりと診断し気になる部分に働きかけるようなモノを提案してくれますので安心です。筋肉を付けないといくら体をマッサージや骨盤矯正などしても骨格が歪んでくると分かりやすく説明して下さり、トレーニングがどれだけ大事かを教えていただけました！また機会がありましたら通いたいと思います。 I received pressure training.
