★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 枚方では広くてきれいで頑張ってるほうですがまだまだデイサービス自体が不充分かな？お年寄りだって個人個人好みがあってカラオケも１室だけしかなくて待ち時間や譲り合いが必要でストレスたまる。職員の仲立ちや話しかけがもっと必要なのに。介護保険が崩壊しているんだから無理ですね。

Even the elderly have their own personal tastes, and there is only one karaoke room, so waiting time and giving up are necessary and stressful. I need more mediation and conversation with the staff. It's impossible because the long-term care insurance has collapsed.
