リ	リブインイーズ熊本隆司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウェブサイトが地元業者の中では比較的しっかりしていたので、見積もり案件をウェブサイトから問い合わせしましたが、全く返信も連絡なし。数か月後直接電話したら女性事務員が応対し、数日後に連絡ありました。打合せ日時を決め当日は天候悪化で次の週末に打合せする事にしましたが、週末になっても日時調整の担当は連絡よこさず。こっちから電話したら担当は現場。何も連絡よこさず忘れ去られている事に腹が立ち、どうなっているのか聞くと、電話対応した男性がこちらの予定も考えず今から行くと言い出す。ウェブサイトでは「一関市顧客満足度No.1」などと立派な事を言っているが、少なくとも顧客への配慮や気遣い、対応は最低と感じた。よくよく考えた結果、見積もりを依頼すること自体を断ることにしました。 Since the website was relatively solid among local businesses, we asked for a quote from the website, but we didn't get any replies. A few months later, I called directly and a female clerk responded, and a few days later I was contacted. We decided the meeting date and time and decided to have a meeting on the following weekend due to bad weather, but we will not contact the person in charge of date adjustment even on the weekend. If you call from here, the charge is the field. I was angry that I had been forgotten without telling me anything, and when I asked what was going on, the man who answered the phone said that he would go without thinking about this schedule. On the website, he said, "Ichinoseki City is the No.1 in customer satisfaction," but he felt that at least consideration, care and response to customers were minimal. After careful consideration, I decided not to ask for a quote.
