★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mサイズ２つテイクアウトを頼んでM とSでよこしたり、打ち合わせ段取りの確認？(私語)で注文聞き逃して聞き直したり、ドトールのアメリカンが大好きで、新発田に開店した時は嬉しかったんだけどね TuLLY’sにのりかえます。本当に残念
Ask for two M size takeouts and send them with M and S, or confirm the meeting setup? I missed the order in (private language) and listened again, and I love Doutor's American, so I was happy when I opened the store in Shibata, but I will switch to TuLLY's. Really disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたまかもしれませんが、私が行くときはいつも空いているので入りやすく、そこは気に入っています。近隣のTULLY'Sより空いている気がします。
ただ、今日利用した際に天井にクモの巣がありました。飲食店なので、そこは改善を望みます。
It may happen, but I like it because it's always empty when I go, so it's easy to enter. I feel more free than the neighboring TULLY'S.
However, there was a spider web on the ceiling when I used it today. Since it is a restaurant, we want to improve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドトールのコーヒー美味しいから新発田で買えるのはうれしい。
だけど･･･接客･接遇がどういうものなのか、上の立場の人は若いスタッフの方たちに教育したほうがいい。
Doutor coffee is delicious so I'm glad I can buy it in Shibata.
But ... what kind of customer service and hospitality is, it is better for those in the upper position to educate young staff.

もっとダイソーとドトールを壁？で目隠しされてたら良いのに…と思います。
でも、買いやすいしコーヒーも濃くて美味しいので好きです。
When I enter Daiso, it looks like a whole and I'm not calm.
More walls with Daiso and Doutor? I wish I had been blinded by ....
But I like it because it is easy to buy and the coffee is thick and delicious.

商品がいいだけに残念です。
The female clerk is unfriendly ... I think it's okay to have a smile at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品が写真と違いすぎる。クリームも少ないし、わらび餅も全然入ってない。入っててもカスみたいなボロボロのしか入ってなかった。前にもわらび餅のドリンク飲んだが、こんなにひどくなかった。量ってるの？男性店員が作ったやつ。これで550円は高すぎ。もう飲まない。
The product is too different from the photo. There is little cream and no warabi mochi. Even if it entered, it only contained tatters like dregs. I had a warabi mochi drink before, but it wasn't so bad. Are you weighing? The one made by a male clerk. With this, 550 yen is too expensive. I don't drink anymore.
