Fuji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 格安店だけあって接客は良くない。ゆっくり内見していると嫌味を言われる。店舗もかなり狭い。しかし、仲介手数料は本当に無料である。内見等含めて気持ちの良いお部屋探しを犠牲にしてでも、初期費用を安くしたいという方にはおすすめ。ちなみに、仲介手数料以外の項目（火災保険料等）については交渉の余地がないと言われたので、他の仲介業者さんで交渉してそこらへんを安くしてもらえば、結果的にはあまり変わらない額になることがあると思います。私はいくら安いとはいえ接客が良くないところでは契約したくなかったので、他の仲介会社さんでも見積もりを出してもらいましたが、交渉の末ゼロ賃貸より安い価格にしていただきました。星３相当ですが、あまりにも評価が高すぎるので、調整の意味も込めて２にしておきます。他の口コミによると、店舗で強制的に口コミ投稿させられているようです。ここまで評価が高くなっているのも納得。 There are only cheap stores and the customer service is not good.
