The staff at this store seemed very helpful although things got sketchy when different staff members gave us different prices for the teapot we were looking at. After we made our purchase, the guy took the teapot into the back of the store to pack up for us.
We don't know whether he exchanged the teapot we chose (see photo of teapots on the cardboard box) for a defective one or whether he damaged it during packaging, but the teapot that we unpacked later had chips on the nose (see the photo on the black table) and did not have the wooden handle attached or anywhere in the box.
Very disappointing and we feel very cheated.
