★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワンコイン診断で利用しました。Iさんにとても丁寧に対応してもらい、ありがたかった。近隣の区で高評価のPCショップに同様の処置をしてもらったら8000円とられた。ドスパラがいかに良心的かわかる。しかし、低評価の内容事例が実際にあるのも事実だが、店舗の規模・人員を考えると致し方なくも感じる。それでも5年程前と比べればかなり対応はよくなった。
利用のタイミング・使い方を選ばなければいけないと思った。とりあえず待合のスペース、椅子が欲しい。
