石	石川隆司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のランチ3,900円のコースをいただきました。乾杯スパークリングワインをサービスでいただき、アンティパスト盛り合わせ… 滋味溢れるボロネーズソースでフィトチーネを堪能し、ダブルメインへ一つ目の天使の海老のグリルはカリッと仕上がり香ばしく、殻ごといただきました。豚肉のトマトソース煮は中国料理の角煮を思わせる柔らかさでとろける食感と美味しさが口の中に広がりました。ドルチェも本物で、他の投稿にもありますように今まで食べたチーズケーキの中で間違いなくナンバーワンの美味しさでした。もちろんサービスもとてもスマートで明るく礼儀正しいおもてなしに大満足です。料理長も質問に何でもお答えいただくなど、実直で温厚な素敵なコックさんでした。ハウスワインもリーズナブルで美味しかったです。旧友ととても素敵な週末を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 Saturday lunch 3,900 yen course Whats Toasting sparkling wine Service, Antipasto platter ... T	Tim Greeson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that I have eaten several times at Don Che Trattoria I have nothing but praise for the restaurant and enthusiastically give it a 5 star rating! The food is incredible, the pasta fresh (made from scratch) and probably the closest thing to authentic Italian food that I've had since I last traveled to Italy. Little Italy in NY & expensive Italian places in LA have nothing on this establishment. How did Tachikawa get so lucky to have this restaurant? The restaurant itself is very close to Tachikwa station and the prices are very good. The dining room is small but quaint, with a European cafe feel to it. I spoke with the chef/owner and he told me that he studied in Italy, followed by a long career as a chef working in various restaurants at the world famous Imperial Hotel in Ginza. His training and expertise shines through on every dish. The carbonara Pasta is to die for and make sure you ask for the FRESH MADE pasta noodles. All and all I can't recommend this restaurant enough. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!
