★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap bastards unite - APiTA Tokaidori houses a big Donki and they have pretty much anything you might want for really good prices. The supermarket on the first floor is also awesome and inexpensive, though they don't stock some well known brands (such as some P&G products) to keep prices low.
Every night they discount ready-made foods so you can hit this place for late night snacks on the cheap.

However, generally when I go, there is a very long line, and the cashier's aren't the fastest. But there is always a crowd there. They carry many foods that the typical grocery stores don't carry.
