え	えま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて道とん堀青山店を利用しましたが、とにかく店員の対応が悪すぎたので投稿いたします。・半分くらい空席だが待ちあり、名前を書く用紙もなく体温を測る対応もなし（この時点で複数のグループが呆れて帰っていく）・社員は急ぐ様子もなく、足音を立てながら接客する男性社員もいた。・使用した鉄板で機械トラブル、温度が上がらない（機械トラブルは仕方がないが事前チェックはしているのだろうか…）・新しい商品を用意すると男性社員Aに案内されたが、次に来た女性社員Aのとった行動が驚きで鉄板の上に置いてある焼けていないお好み焼きを一生懸命皿に乗せて移動する席へ持っていこうとしていた…（社員同士で情報共有が全くない、怒りを通り越して呆れる。）・女性社員Aが案内した席はとても汚れており、鉄板の電源は入れずに皿も置かず立ち去る。・他のグループからも箸がない、油が入っていないといったクレームが聞こえる。・会計時、ミスしまくりの女性社員Aが対応してくれたがレシートに記載された担当者欄がまさかのマネージャーであったこと。支払いはもちろん全額でした(笑) 今まで利用した飲食店の中で道とん堀青山店が過去一番ひどい対応でした。レビューを拝見する限り、改善されている様子は全くありません。今後利用されるお客様が不快に感じないように至急社員の教育を強化してください。また、これから利用する方は上記のことが現実で起きていることを理解したうえでご利用くださいませ。 I used the Dohtonbori Aoyama store for the first time, but anyway, the clerk's response was too bad, so I will post it. ・ About half of the seats are vacant, but there is a wait, there is no paper to write the name, and there is no response to measure the body temperature (at this point, multiple groups are disappointed and go home) ・ The employees did not seem to be in a hurry, and some male employees were serving customers while making footsteps. ・ Machine trouble and temperature do not rise with the used iron plate (Machine trouble can't be helped, but is it checked in advance?) ・ When I prepared a new product, I was informed by male employee A, but I was surprised at the action taken by female employee A who came next. 陽	陽気ほかほか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムに女性が一人でふらっと入っても違和感無く食べられます。この鉄板は私だけのもの、と好きに焼いて食べれます。平日ランチタイムの商品はお安く量は控え目なのでもんじゃ焼きとお好み焼きを２つ食べてもお財布もお腹も大丈夫。個人的にお好み焼きのモダン焼き？がとても美味しかったです。 Even if a woman walks in alone at lunch time, she can eat it without any discomfort. 村	村井涼華 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日道頓堀青山店を利用しました。お好み焼きが好きなため楽しみに行きました。ですが、入って早々、「いらっしゃいませ」はなしで、何名かだけ聞いてきた。そして予約のため、10分遅れたので遅くなると連絡をしたのに全く他のスタッフに伝えられておらず予約してたんですか？みたいな事を言われました。そして、ついに中へ入って食べ放題を頼んだが、来るのが遅すぎてあまり食べられなかった、時間制限があるのだからもっと素早く持ってくるべきだと思いました。ここは皿交換制だがラストオーダー時に前回行ったときは一人2皿ずつ頼めたのに今回はだめと言われました。前回からそんなに日にちは経っていないのであり得ないと思いました。また、店員人数も少なく研修中をつけた人はたくさんいたが責任者らしき人はあまりいない気がしました。今後道頓堀を利用するときは別店舗に行ってみようと思います。アイスだけで10分以上来なくて70分しか頼める時間がないので満足できなかった。 I used the Dohtonbori Aoyama store today.
