我が家はトリミングのみお世話になってます。
うまい人に当たれば最初からラッキー。
初めての方に当たった場合は、何度かやってもらうと、好みを把握してもらえます。
肉球周りと、耳の内側は、今までお願いしたどこよりも綺麗にしてくれます。

My home is indebted only to trimming.
If it hits a good person, it is lucky from the beginning.
If you hit the first time, you can do it several times to understand your preferences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻酔なしで歯石取りをしてくれる神様的存在。年に一度の歯石取りのおかげで毎日の歯磨きから解放されました。おかげで犬のストレスも年に一度に減りました。
トリミングもこれまでやってきたお店の中で一番上手です。高級犬に変身します。
A god-like entity that removes tartar without anesthesia. Thanks to the annual tartar removal, we have been free from daily brushing. Thanks to this, dog stress has been reduced once a year.
Trimming is also the best shop I've ever been to. Transform into a luxury dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勤務歴の長い店員さんのうち、カフェ担当の方の、とある方の接客態度があまり好きになれません。
お客さんによって、楽しく話したり話さなったりと、ひいきが露骨です。
また、こちらが困っていて助けを求めるように連絡したときなど、あからさまに嫌そうな、迷惑そうな態度や受け答えをされることがあるので、そこは切に直してほしいと願います。
ご飯は美味しいし、販売しているグッズは可愛いし、店内も清潔だと思います。震災の時も、 動物たちの救済に力を注いでいましたし、そういうところがあるだけに、残念でしかたありません。どうか、良い方向へ、改善されますように…

広いドッグランと美味しいカフェごはん。
個性のあるスタッフの面々と、やはり個性のあるユーザーさんたち笑
ブリーディングもしており、かわいい子たちがたくさん巣立っていきます。
病院も併設されていますので、安心して利用できますよ。

よくカフェ飯って沢山食べる人には物足りないけど、ここは満足です。
わんこ連れですがドッグランは使った事は有りません。
混んでる日は入店してもほったらかしだったり、(暇になるまで待って)声かけても水も出されない等感じ悪い接客される時もあったので星は４つ。
Lunch is delicious.
People who eat a lot of cafe rice are not enough, but I am satisfied here.
I've been with dogs but have never used dog runs.
On a busy day, there are times when you enter the store and you may not like it, or you can wait (until you have free time) and even if you call out and do not get water, you will have a bad customer service, so there are four stars.
