知人がこちらの系列店にわんちゃんをトリミングに出しました。
帰ってくると足をビッコひいてる
、、、病院に連れて行くと、何と足が折れていたそうです。
お店に問いただしても、うちでやったとは限らないと認めなかったそうです。カットする際の、首ベルトを付けていたかどうかの確認もさせてくれないそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うちの場合はしっかり事前にできること出来ないことを確認されて丁寧に対応して貰えました。いつもお世話になっている２匹のうち１匹がヘルニアで下半身が動きにくいのですがしっかり対応して綺麗にしていただけました。これからもお願いしようと思ってます。
